Refund Period
You can return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refund Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- You must also include the original invoice with the product.
- Due to hygiene and health reasons, certain products (e.g., opened cosmetics or dietary supplements) cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received by us, your refund request will be processed, and if deemed appropriate, your payment will be refunded.
Refund Process
- You need to contact our customer service to initiate a return request. We will provide you with the necessary return information.
- Send the product back to us in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, along with the invoice.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the return meets the conditions, your payment will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
- Personal hygiene products, opened cosmetics, and dietary supplements cannot be returned.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
